摘要
某超高层建筑结构结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。塔楼高139.4m,裙楼高23.95m,塔楼与裙楼不分缝,分别进行小震下常规静、动力分析、中震下构件截面承载力验算以及大震下动力弹塑性时程分析,达到所设定的C级结构抗震性能目标;由于核心筒剪力墙较多开孔,分析罕遇地震作用下较短墙肢、连梁对结构影响分析及相应加强措施。
A super high-rise building structure adopts reinforced frame-corewall structure. The heights of tower and podium are139.4m and 23.95m. The tower and podium are not separated. In this paper, the conventional static and dynamic analysis under small earthquake, the checking calculation of member section bearing capacity under medium earthquake and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under large earthquake are carried out respectively, so as to achieve the seismic performance goal of grade C;Because there are many openings in the core wall, the analysis of the impact of shorter wall limbs and coupling beams on the structure under rare earthquake and the corresponding strengthening measures are analyzed.
