大吨位龙门吊对高大厂房结构设计影响研究

摘要 大吨位龙门吊跨度大、自重大,在地震和水平刹车力作用下,其对建筑结构的影响与一般桥式吊车不同,规范对此缺乏规定。某室内船坞车间为高大钢结构厂房,以其内部900t龙门吊为例,采用sap2000软件,将龙门吊作为子结构与主结构空间整体建模,分析了龙门吊对主结构自振特性、地震效应的影响,同时,分析了龙门吊支承腿地震效应及水平刹车力的分配规律及计算原则。分析结果表明,由于龙门吊作用于主结构下部,其对龙门吊支承面以上的厂房结构影响很小,对下部支承结构影响明显;横向地震作用下,龙门吊横向水平地震力的分配比例为0.84(刚性腿)︰0.16(柔性腿),横向地震作用主要由刚性腿承担;纵向地震作用下,龙门吊纵向水平地震力的分配比例约为0.73(刚性腿)︰0.27(柔性腿),纵向地震作用主要由刚性腿承担;竖向地震作用下,龙门吊两个支承腿地震效应分配比例与自重反力基本一致;龙门吊横向水平荷载主要分配至刚性腿一侧,龙门吊纵向水平荷载应按每侧实际刹车轮数计算确定;龙门吊水平刹车力若按两侧平均分配,会导致刚性腿侧主体结构设计偏于不安全,柔性腿侧主体结构设计偏于保守。 Large-tonnage gantry crane has large span and heavy load, and its influence on building structure is different from that of common bridge crane under earthquake and horizontal load. An indoor dock workshop is a tall steel structure workshop. With the internal 900t gantry crane of the workshop as an example, sap2000 software is used to overall model the gantry crane as a sub-structure of the main structure space. The influence of gantry crane on the natural vibration characteristics and seismic effect of the main structure is analyzed. Meamwhile, the distribution law and calculation principle of seismic effect and horizontal load effect on the supporting leg of gantry crane are analyzed. The analysis results show that, because the gantry crane acts on the lower part of the structure, it has little influence on the upper structure of the tall workshop, but has obvious influence on the lower support structure. Under the action of transverse earthquake, the distribution ratio of transverse horizontal seismic force of gantry crane is 0.84(rigid leg) and 0.16(flexible leg), and the lateral seismic force is mainly borne by the rigid leg. Under the action of longitudinal earthquake,the distribution ratio of longitudinal horizontal seismic force of gantry crane is about 0.73(rigid leg) and 0.27(flexible leg), and the longitudinal seismic force is mainly borne by the rigid leg. Under vertical earthquake action, the proportion of seismic effect distribution between the two supporting legs of the gantry crane is basically consistent with the gravity reaction force. The transverse horizontal load of the gantry crane is mainly distributed to the rigid leg side. The longitudinal horizontal load of the gantry crane should be determined according to the actual number of brake wheels on each side. If the horizontal braking force of the gantry crane is evenly distributed on both sides, the design of the main structure on the rigid leg side will be unsafe and the design of the main structure on the flexible leg side will be conserva
