摘要
建筑施工企业与甲方的议价能力相对较低,在收入上限锁定的情况下,只有通过精细策划才能达到降本增效的目的。钢筋工程作为建筑工程中重要的一项分项工程,其管控的好坏将直接影响整个工程的效益。通过分析当前钢筋工程管控中普遍存在的一些不足,进而从体系建设、过程管控、优化创效等方面提出钢筋工程创效策划的方法,旨在提升钢筋工程的管控能力,增加利润。
The bargaining power between the construction enterprise and the contracting party is relatively low. In the case of income can not break through, only through fine planning to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency.Reinforcement engineering is an important part of the construction project, the quality of reinforcement engineering control directly affects the benefit of the whole project. This paper first analyzes the current reinforcement engineering control in the general existence of some deficiencies. Finally, from the aspects of system construction, process management and control, optimization and so on, the paper puts forward the method of reinforcement engineering innovation and efficiency planning. The purpose is to enhance the control ability of reinforcement engineering, to achieve the increasing of profits.
