摘要
西安安达仕酒店项目地上50层,地下4层,结构屋面高度223.2m,塔冠顶部高度为247.4m。地上主要使用功能为酒店和公寓,地下主要使用功能是设备用房和停车场。塔楼采用型钢混凝土框架柱+钢中心支撑核心筒+伸臂桁架+腰桁架+吊挂结构的结构体系。大底盘采用钢框架+局部钢中心支撑结构,局部存在大跨度悬挑桁架和转换桁架。存在扭转不规则、楼板开大洞、转换层、刚度突变和承载力突变等多项指标超限,属于超限项目,对结构进行了性能化设计和超限审查。本文介绍了该工程的结构体系、关键计算参数、本项目的重点和难点分析和结构的主要计算结果等。
Xi'an Andaz hotel project has 50 floors above ground and 4 floors underground.The height of structural roof is 223.2m and the height of tower crown is 247.4m.The main functions on the ground are hotels and apartments,and the main functions underground are equipment rooms and parking lots.The tower adopts the structural system of SRC column+steel bracing core tube+outrigger truss+belt truss+suspension structure.The podium adopts steel frame+local steel bracing structure,and there are long-span cantilever truss and transfer truss in some parts.There are many indicators such as torsional irregularity,large opening in the floor,transfer floor,sudden change of stiffness and bearing capacity,which belong to the over limit project.The performance-based design and EPR are carried out.This paper introduces the structural system,key calculation parameters,key and difficult analysis of the project and the main calculation results of the structure.
