摘要
基于刚性模型风洞测压试验,对全封闭胶带机通廊结构的体型系数进行了试验研究。讨论了对全封闭胶带机通廊整体体型系数取值的主要影响参数,分析了不同宽高比的通廊结构在不同风向角和不同倾角下的整体体型系数分布情况,总结了分布规律。Y向整体体型系数随宽高比增大而减小,Z向上吸风整体体型系数绝对值随宽高比增大而增大;Y向整体体型系数随风向角变化均呈正弦函数分布;X向整体体型系数大致随倾角增大而增大,Z向整体体型系数随倾角呈线性变化,下压风和上吸风整体体型系数均随倾角增大而增大。最后,拟合了可直接应用于工程设计的通廊体型系数取值公式。
Based on wind tunnel test,the shape factor on full closure belt corridor was researched.The main influence parameters were discussed.Belt corridors with different width-height ratios,under different wind directions and different elevated angles were tested.And shape factor was analyzed.The shape factor in Y direction decreases with the increase of width-height ratio,and the shape factor in Z direction increases with the increase of width-height ratio.The shape factor in Y direction is sinusoidal function distribution with the change of wind directions.The shape factor in X direction increases roughly with the increase of attack angle,and the shape factor in Z direction changes linearly with the attack angle.Both shape factors of pressure and suction increase with the increase of attack angle.Finally fitting formula was obtained,which can be used directly.
