摘要
在-10℃恒温恒湿环境下,通过浇筑模型试验块,监测负温混凝土在无温度补偿、表面温度预热补偿、内部温度预热补偿三种养护工况下混凝土水化内部温度场分布规律。结果表明,在表面温度预热补偿作用下,负温混凝土整体温升最高,且温度场均匀性较好。因此,负温混凝土施工时,建议采取加热模板措施,通过间接提升负温混凝土表面养护温度,从而避免混凝土发生冻害,确保混凝土水化反应正常运行.
In a constant temperature and humidity environment at-10°C,by pouring concrete model test blocks,monitor the internal temperature field distribution of concrete hydration under three maintenance conditions:no temperature compensation,surface temperature preheating compensation,and internal temperature preheating compensation law.The results show that under the effect of surface temperature preheating compensation,the overall temperature rise of negative temperature concrete is the highest,and the temperature field uniformity is better.Therefore,during the construction of negative temperature concrete,it is recommended to take measures to heat the formwork,and indirectly increase the surface curing temperature of negative temperature concrete,so as to avoid concrete freezing damage and ensure the normal operation of concrete hydration reaction.
