摘要
既有住宅加装电梯需求日益增多,而工程设计中加装电梯的结构方案直接影响了结构的可靠性。分析了钢结构电梯井道与既有砌体住宅主体之间脱开或连接两种结构方案各自的优缺点,并结合具体的工程算例对比了与主体连接前后电梯井道自身计算指标的差异以及连接对主体结构的影响。结果表明,与主体结构连接可以显著降低电梯井道在风荷载及地震作用下的层间位移角,并大幅减小井道钢框架柱中的水平剪力;主体结构地震剪力远大于风剪力,连接后地震剪力增大幅度与重力荷载代表值增大幅度一致。因此,当加装电梯使砌体主体重力荷载代表值增大5%以内时应优先选择将二者连接,同时可不考虑对主体结构整体安全性的影响。
There is an increasing demand for adding elevators to existing residential buildings,but the structure scheme of adding elevator in engineering design directly affects the reliability of structure.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two structural schemes of disconnecting or connecting the steel elevator shaft with the existing masonry residential building,and compares the difference of the calculation index of the elevator shaft before and after connecting with the major structure and the influence of the connection on the major structure by combining with specific engineering examples.The results show that the connection with the major structure can significantly reduce the inter—story displacement angle of the elevator shaft under wind and earthquake,and greatly reduce the horizontal shear force in the steel frame column of the elevator shaft.The seismic shear force of the major structure is much larger than the wind shear force,and the increase amplitude of the seismic shear force after connection is consistent with the increase amplitude of the representative value of gravity load.Therefore,when the representative value of gravity load of the major structure increases by less than 5%due to the addition of an elevator,the connection between the two should be given priority without considering the influence on the overall security of the major structure.
