圆砾地层高承载力静钻根植桩设计与施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 以软土地层作为持力层的静钻根植桩施工通过钻孔、扩孔、注浆、植入桩基等工序,过程中控制好桩长及桩顶标高即可,施工比较容易。但软土地层的根植桩承载力特征值一般不超过4000kN。随着静钻根植桩应用范围的扩大,承载力要求的提高,以软土地层作为持力层已不满足高承载力的要求。以圆砾为持力层设计的高承载力静钻根植桩基础,通过钻孔、扩孔、注浆、植入桩基、施加配重进行抬机等施工工序,再通过试桩静载、抗拔试验等,结果表明依然可以满足较高的承载力要求,并且桩身完整性较好。即使桩端未达到设计持力层深度,桩顶超高的情况下,通过桩端注浆将桩端圆砾混合搅拌,形成高密度、高强度持力层,在施工过程中增加配重进行抬机工序并经过试验,结果依旧能满足承载力要求。 The construction of static drilling root planting pile with soft soil layer as the bearing layer is easy by controlling the pile length and pile top elevation through drilling,reaming,grouting,embedding pile foundation and other processes.However,the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the embedded pile in the soft soil layer generally does not exceed 4000kN.With the expansion of the application scope of static drilling pile and the improvement of the bearing capacity requirements,the soft soil layer as the bearing layer can not meet the requirements of high bearing capacity.The static drilling rooted pile foundation with high bearing capacity designed with round gravel as the bearing layer,through drilling,reaming,grouting,planting pile foundation,applying counterweight to lift the machine and other construction procedures,and through static load test and pull-out test of piles,the results show that it can still meet the requirements of high bearing capacity,and the pile integrity is good.Even if the pile end does not reach the design depth of the bearing layer and the pile top is super high,the round gravel at the pile end is mixed and stirred by grouting at the pile end to form a high-density and high-strength bearing layer.During the construction process,the counterweight is added to carry out the lifting process and after the test,the results still meet the requirements of the bearing capacity.
