平面凹凸不规则高层建筑弱连接楼盖设计案例及设计建议

摘要 平面凹凸不规则高层建筑单肢高宽比大,抗侧刚度弱,各单肢需通过与中心区相连成为整体,共同抵抗侧向作用。单肢与中心区相连的弱连接楼盖作为此楼型的关键部位,协调单肢与中心区的横向变形,其截面必然受到剪力、轴力、弯矩共同作用。目前规范针对平面凹凸不规则高层建筑弱连接楼盖无明确的计算方法和设计指引。过往项目中,结构工程师较多采用简化方法仅关注弱连接楼盖截面的剪力及其抗剪性能。本文以某一具体项目为案例,采用有限元法对其整体结构进行计算分析。依据弱连接楼盖内力效应,分别进行抗剪、抗拉和抗弯承载力计算,发现相较剪力,弯矩为截面的控制效应。针对弱连接处边梁内退情况,分析内退边梁和边缘板带分别承担的弯矩和轴力,并提出对其进行拉弯设计的方法。针对此弱连接楼盖提出若干设计建议。 The height-to-width ratio for a wing of a high-rise building with irregular plane is large,and the lateral rigidity is weak.Each single wing needs to be connected with the central area to against the lateral loads as a whole.As the key part of this building type,the weak connection diaphragm which is located between each wing and the central area improves the deformation compatibility and interaction among them.The sections are certainly interacted with bending moment,shear force and axial force.At present,there are no clear methodology and design guidelines for weak connection diaphragm of high-rise buildings with irregular plane.In previous projects,structural engineers mostly adapted simplified methodology that only focused on the shear force and shear-resistance performance of weak connection diaphragm.In this paper,finite element method is applied to calculate and analyze the overall structure based on a real specific project.According to the internal force effect of the weak connection diaphragm,the shear,tensile and flexural bearing capacities are calculated respectively,and it indicates that comparing with the shear force,the bending moment dominates the effect of the section.Aiming at the side beam which moves back of the slab edge in weak connection diaphragm,the bending moment and axial force withstood by the side beam and the cantilever slab caused by the side beam are analyzed respectively,and provides a methodology of tension-bending design.Finally,it provides a proposal covered by some effective design methods and suggestions targeted at the weak connection diaphragm.
