摘要
某住宅小区,地下为车库及设备用房,地上含2栋39层的超高层住宅。主要介绍了该超高层住宅剪力墙结构的工程特点以及性能化设计中所涉及到的设计难点,并给出解决方法以供参考,包括跃层墙肢的稳定验算、连梁刚度折减系数取值以及设防地震下墙肢拉应力验算等。
In a residential area,the underground is the garage and equipment room,and the ground contains two-39 storey super high-rise residential buildings.This paper mainly introduces the engineering characteristics of the super high-rise residential shear wall structure and the design difficulties involved in the performance-based design,and provides solutions for reference,including the stability check of the skip-floor shear wall,the value of the stiffness reduction coefficient of the coupling wall-beam,and the check of the wall tensile stress under medium earthquake.
