摘要
混凝土框架-核心筒超高层公寓式办公建筑高宽比大,自重大且刚度较低,当在全楼增设中柱及1-22层增设核心筒外剪力墙并将其置于靠近同方向核心筒翼墙附近时,可以有效提高结构的整体刚度。经结构构件受力分析及理论分析,结构整体刚度提高的原因主要在于核心筒内外构件协同作用增强,其机理具体包括增加的中柱与边框架柱形成的两侧单跨外框架或核心筒外剪力墙与翼墙发挥整体抗弯作用,以及其他外外框架柱被带动参与整体弯曲变形而提供额外抗弯作用。通过弹性及弹塑性时程分析,从理论分析、内力重分布分析、变形特点及损伤情况等方面综合分析得到结构在强震下的破坏模式及构件受力特性,进而对此类结构体系提出针对性的设计策略、内力调整建议及加强措施。
Apartment-style office building with frame-core tube concrete structure system has high aspect-ratio and small overall stiffness.Adding central column and external shear wall outside the tube in the floor of 1~22 when placing them close to the wing wall can effectively improve the overall stiffness.According to the force analysis of the components and theoretical analysis,the main reason for the increase in stiffness is the enhanced synergy between the inner and outer components of the core cylinder.The mechanism includes the single-span frame on both sides formed by the middle column and the side column,or the shear wall and the wing wall outside the core cylinder playing an overall bending role,and other external frame columns are driven to participate in the overall bending deformation and provide additional bending role.Through the analysis of elastic and elastic-plastic time history,the failure mode and stress characteristics of the structure under strong earthquakes are obtained from the aspects of theory,internal force redistribution,deformation characteristics and damage conditions,and then the design strategy,internal force adjustment suggestions and strengthening measures are put forward.
