摘要
由施工用轻型四边形工具式钢支架理论计算分析、有限元计算分析和试验研究三部分组成,对施工用轻型四边形工具式钢支架承载力进行系统研究,施工用轻型四边形工具式钢支架在实现自身轻巧的同时,进一步实现高周转,采用高效、高性能拼装节点,使连接及拆卸均简便快捷。基于理论推导、有限元分析、试验测试等方法开展施工用轻型四边形工具式钢支架的各项性能研究,以保证最终结构安全。
This article is composed of three parts:theoretical calculation and analysis,finite element calculation and analysis,and experimental research of light quadrilateral tool steel supports for construction.The systematic research on the bearing capacity of light quadrilateral tool steel supports for construction is carried out.The light quadrilateral tool steel supports for construction not only achieve lightweight,but also further achieve high turnover.Efficient and high-performance assembly nodes are used,making connection and disassembly simple and quick.Based on theoretical derivation,finite element analysis,experimental testing,and other methods,various performance studies of lightweight quadrilateral tool steel supports for construction are carried out to ensure the final structural safety.
