摘要
针对施工中遇到的在市政繁忙地段多样型巨型盖梁施工难题,采用盖梁薄壳化+工厂分段预制+现场拼装+芯部浇筑+横向张拉的技术方案,成功解决了这一难题。实施中采用模板复用,矢量调整、剪力键设置和短孔预应力固定短管工装等改进措施取得了很好的应用效果,具有一定的经济、社会效益和推广价值。
Construction problems encountered in the construction of a variety of giant pier cap in the municipal busy area,successfully solved this problem using the coping shell of pier cap and factory precast segmental and site assembly and Concrete pouring in middle and pouring transverse tension technique.In the construction process Using the template reuse implementation,vector adjustment,shear key setting,short hole fixed short prestressed fixture and other improvement measures have got very good effect,has certain economic and social benefits and promotion value.
