利益相关者视角下幼儿园门厅环境的创设

The Creation of Kindergarten Foyer Environment from the Perspective of Stakeholders

摘要 幼儿园的门厅是幼儿园中不可忽视的环境因素,精心布置的门厅环境不仅可以向家长、其他来访者展示园所的面貌,而且有助于幼儿教育。研究采用访谈法了解部分园长、教师和幼儿对5所不同幼儿园的门厅环境创设的喜好及选择原由,再用绘画分析法还原幼儿视角下的门厅环境。结果表明,在"最喜欢"的选择上,教师与幼儿保持一致,而园长与幼儿则完全相反,这缘于园长与幼儿在门厅的审美感知、内容展示、互动对象和主题表达上存在差异,而教师的教育者思维使其介于两者之间。建议创设以幼儿为中心的门厅环境,关注幼儿与门厅在审美样态、展示形式和主题内容上的互动。
