摘要
针对船舶水冷系统控制方法对设备温度控制不理想的问题,研究船舶电气设备水冷系统的自动控制方法。该方法利用监控装置对运行的电气设备进行热量实时监测,使用温度传感器将温度置换成预警信号,水冷系统的中央处理单元根据信号的波动幅度检测发热设备的液冷板降温能力,根据端口热量计算需要的冷却液总量,利用热交换器降低循环水温,以此实现自动控制。实验结果表明:与传统控制方法相比,所提出的自动控制方法下的设备温度保持在15℃以下,并且比传统控制方法下降了47.5℃。由此可见,所研究的自动控制方法更能有效保证电气设备正常运行。
Aiming at the problem that the control method of ship’s water cooling system is not ideal for the temperature control of equipment,the automatic control method of water cooling system of ship’s electrical equipment is studied.Using monitoring device to run the method for heat real-time monitoring of electrical equipment,using temperature sensor temperature displacement into early warning signals,water cooling system of the central processing unit according to the signal fluctuation amplitude detection heating surface plate cooling equipment capacity,according to the calculation of heat port need amount of coolant,using heat exchanger to reduce the circulation water temperature,in order to realize automatic control.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional control method,the temperature of the equipment under the proposed automatic control method is kept below 15℃and 47.5℃lower than that of the traditional control method.It can be seen that the automatic control method is more effective to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.
