摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的全面实施,农业农村现代化进程的加快,县域经济和现代农业的发展迎来了更好的机遇,研究二者之间的关系,对建设和美乡村、推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。本文在分析两者关系并提出假设的基础上,利用山东、河南、黑龙江等六个农业大省近10年县域面板数据,构建现代农业和县域经济发展评价指标体系,分析两者耦合协调关系,并深入研究影响其耦合发展的因素。研究发现:六个省份的县域经济和现代农业均属于高度耦合、中度耦合协调型;对总样本进行县域经济和现代农业耦合协调度影响因素进行研究时,发现金融机构贷款余额占比、人均地区生产总值和人均公共预算收入均对耦合协调度产生正向显著影响;人均地区生产总值对两者耦合协调发展存在显著的门槛效应。基于此,应优化县域经济布局、健全财政管理机制和促进产业结构升级。
With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the implementation of the strategy of accelerating agricultural and rural modernization,the development of county economy and modern agriculture has ushered in better opportunities.Studying the relationship between the two is of great significance to the construction of harmonious villages and the promotion of Chinese modernization.On the basis of analyzing the framework of the relationship between the two and putting forward hypotheses,this paper uses the county panel data of six major agricultural provinces in China in the past 10 years to construct an evaluation index system of modern agriculture and county economic development,analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,and deeply studies the factors affecting the coupling development.The study found that the county economy and modern agriculture in the six provinces are highly coupled and moderately coordinated,and the per capita regional GDP has a significant threshold effect on the coupling development of the two.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusions,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on optimizing the county economic layout,improving the financial management mechanism and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.
