摘要
数字经济时代,产业数字化转型进程不断加速,数字化人才需求结构也随之发生了变化。本文以1996年1月-2022年6月Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的718篇英文文献和中国知网数据库收录的1273篇中文文献作为研究对象,借助Citespace软件对数字化人才的研究热点和发展趋势进行文献计量和可视化分析,并指出数字化人才的未来研究方向。研究结果表明:相比于国外,国内数字化人才研究的发展速度快,产出成果多;在研究热点上,国内包括数字出版、数字化人才培养、数字经济、职业教育,国外包括人工智能、数字化转型、高等教育、数字技术;在研究趋势上,国内数字乡村成为新的研究方向之一。未来,可以充分利用数字技术,把握国家数字化政策,顺应数字经济时代背景,优化数字化人才管理模式。
In the era of digital economy,the process of industrial digital transformation has been accelerating,and the demand structure of digital talents has also changed.This paper takes 718 English documents included in the core collection database of Web of Science from January 1996 to June 2022 and 1273 Chinese documents included in the database of CNKI as the research objects.With the help of Citespace software,it makes a quantitative and visual analysis of the research hotspots and development trends of digital talents,and points out the future research direction of digital talent.The research results show that compared with foreign countries,domestic digital talent research has developed faster and produced more results;In terms of research hotspots,domestic research includes digital publishing,digital talent training,digital economy,and vocational education,while abroad research includes artificial intelligence,digital transformation,higher education,and digital technology;In terms of research trends,domestic digital countryside has become one of the new research directions.In the future,we can make full use of digital technology,grasp the national digital policy,comply with the background of the digital economy era,and optimize the digital talent management model.
