摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高瞻远瞩、统揽全局,深刻洞察时代发展大势,开创性地提出了“一带一路”倡议。倡议所蕴含的“共商共建共享”原则、“开放绿色廉洁”理念、“高标准、可持续、惠民生”目标等核心观点得到了国际社会广泛认同。过去十年,共建“一带一路”构建了广泛的朋友圈,探索了促进共同发展的新路子,实现了与共建国家互利共赢,取得了实打实、沉甸甸的成果。站在新的历史起点上,学习感悟共建“一带一路”思想伟力,对于我们在新时期推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展具有重要指导意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),President Xi Jinping had a profound insight into the development trend of the times with a broad and overall vision,and pioneered“the Belt and Road”initiative.The core principles of“consultation,co-construction,and sharing”,the concept of“open,green,and clean”,and the goal of“high standards,sustainability,and benefiting people’s livelihoods”contained in the initiative have been widely recognized by the international community.In the past decade,the joint construction of“the Belt and Road”has established extensive friendships,explored new ways to promote common development,achieved mutual benefit and win-win results with all co-construct countries,and achieved tangible and profound results.Standing at a new historical starting point,learning and understanding the great power of the idea of jointly building“the Belt and Road”have important guiding significance for us to promote the high-quality development of jointly building“the Belt and Road”in the new era.
