摘要
随着国际贸易在全球价值链、供应链和产业链多个维度上的不断发展,深化金融供给侧结构性改革,推动金融结构优化越来越成为国际贸易高质量发展的重要驱动力。本文分析了当前我国国际贸易融资新特点,梳理了金融结构优化推动国际贸易高质量发展的作用机理:激发创新活力、提高贸易附加能力;提高外汇避险能力、增大贸易供应链韧性;提供信用保险、促进贸易提质增效;增强时空集聚、培育贸易新业态新模式。通过逻辑梳理发现,我国还面临金融发展不平衡、信用保险水平较低、金融产品创新不足等现实挑战。为发挥金融结构优化推动国际贸易高质量发展的重要作用,应改善金融融资结构,强化外汇风险管理,提升保险服务水平,开发新型金融产品。
With the continuous development of international trade in multiple dimensions of global value chain,supply chain and industrial chain,deepening the structural reform of financial supply side and promoting the optimization of financial structure have increasingly become an important driving force for the high-quality development of international trade.This paper analyzes the new features of China's current international trade financing,and combs out the mechanism of promoting the high-quality development of international trade through the optimization of financial structure:stimulating inno-vation vitality and improving additional trade capacity;improve the ability to avoid foreign exchange and enhance the resilience of trade supply chains;provide credit insurance,promote trade quality and efficiency;We will increase the concentration of time and space and foster new forms and models of trade.Through logical combing,it is found that China is also facing realistic challenges such as unbalanced financial development,low level of credit insurance,and insufficient innovation of financial products.In order to give full play to the important role of financial structure optimization in promoting high-quality development of international trade,it is necessary to improve the financial and financing structure,strengthen foreign exchange risk management,improve the level of insurance services,and develop new financial products.
