摘要
人工智能发展引发工作场所的迅速变革,人机协作等新的工作方式,对劳动者的工作福祉产生重要影响。本文聚焦于人工智能对工作满意度的影响,通过整合行动者网络理论和角色理论,提出人工智能角色清晰度通过人机协作满意度影响工作满意度的机制。基于对896位研究样本的三期问卷调研数据,实证分析发现:人工智能角色清晰度对人机协作满意度及工作满意度存在显著正向影响,人工智能感知有用性正向调节角色清晰度与人机协作满意度之间的关系。推动人工智能与民生改善相结合、加强人工智能角色清晰度和技术普及教育、重视人工智能感知有用性是提高人机协作新工作方式下劳动者福祉的重要举措。
The development of AI has triggered rapid changes in the workplace,and new working methods such as human-machine collaboration have an important impact on workers’well-being.This paper focuses on the influences of AI on job satisfaction.By integrating actor network theory and role theory,this paper proposes a mechanism by which AI role clarity affects job satisfaction through human-machine collaboration(HMC)satisfaction.Based on three-phase questionnaire survey data with 896 research samples,empirical analysis found that:AI role clarity has a significant positive impact on HMC satisfaction and job satisfaction,and AI perceived usefulness positively regulates AI role clarity and the relationship between HMC satisfaction.Promoting the integration of AI with the improvement of people’s livelihood,strengthening the AI role clarity,popularizing the technology education,and paying attention to the perceived usefulness of AI are important ways to improve the well-being of workers under the new working style of HMC.
