摘要
公安院校在新时代的高等教育活动中承担着全新的人才培养任务,其综合办学质量不仅影响到学生的个人综合素质,更影响到院校的整体办学水平。随着公安工作环境和形势的变化,公安院校在理论、实操两大角度落实人才培养方案就显得尤为重要。做好校外实践教学基地建设及发展工作,能够为实现专业人才培养目标提供必要的支撑。
In the new era,police colleges undertake the new task of talent training in higher educational activities.With the change of the environment and situation in public security work,it is particularly important for the police colleges to implement the plan of talent training from two perspectives of theory and practice.To carry out the construction and development of off-campus practice base can provide necessary support for the objective realization of professional personnel training.
