摘要
基于国际组织化背景,国际法主要指适用于主权国家之间以及其他国际人格实体之间法律规则的总体,对维护世界和平有重要作用。上海合作组织是成员国家进行多边合作的组织形态和法律方式,国际法视角下的上海合作组织反恐执法合作,得到全球性法律规范和区域性法律规范的支持,从而将各项反恐执法合作政策落到实处,有利于提升反恐水平。因此,基于国际法视角,深入研究上海合作组织反恐执法合作具有重要价值。
Based on the background of international organization,international law mainly refers to the overall legal rules applicable to sovereign states and other international entities,which plays an important role in maintaining world peace.The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is an organizational form and legal means for member countries to engage in multilateral cooperation.From the perspective of international law,the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s counter-terrorism law enforcement cooperation is supported by global and regional legal norms,thereby implementing various counter-terrorism law enforcement cooperation policies and improving the level of counter-terrorism.Therefore,from the perspective of international law,in-depth research on counter-terrorism law enforcement cooperation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is of great value.
