摘要
随着人工智能技术的蓬勃发展与广泛应用,人机协同已成为普遍的工作场景。本文通过搜集整理有关人机协同模式的中外文献,试着梳理出人机协同模式演变历程的三个阶段,分别为早期人机共生、中期人机交互以及后期人机协同。同时,结合AI技术在诸多行业的应用实践,根据协同过程中的主体性不同,将人机协同模式划分为三种类型,即以人类为主体、人与AI互为主体以及以AI为主体。此外,总结归纳了当前学界所关注的影响人机协同模式的三个关键因素,分别是AI发展阶段、人机关系以及人机信任。
Human-machine collaboration has become a common working scenario,with the vigorous development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology.In this paper,we try to sort out three stages of the evolution of human-machine collaboration mode by collecting and organizing Chinese and foreign literature on human-machine collaboration mode,which are early human-machine symbiosis,middle human-machine interaction and late human-machine collaboration.At the same time,based on the application practice of AI technology in many industries,the human-machine collaboration model is divided into three types according to the different subjectivity in the process of collaboration,namely,human as the main body,human and AI as each other’s main body,and AI as the main body.In addition,three key factors affecting the human-machine collaboration model that are currently concerned by the academic community are summarized,namely,AI development stage,human-machine relationship and human-machine trust.
