摘要
为了推进乡村全面振兴,需要加大乡村本土人才培养,有序引导城市各类专业技术人才下乡服务,全面提高农民综合素质。现有研究虽已将大学生返乡现状和影响因素作为研究重点,但少有基于乡村振兴视角对大学生返乡创业所面临处境做的研究。本文选取乡村振兴背景下河南省大学生返乡创业影响因素作为研究的对象。通过查阅文献和资料整理方法对乡村振兴现有政策进行梳理归纳,采用调查问卷和实地调研的方式,对大学生个人因素、教育因素、政策因素、环境因素进行较为详尽的分析,剖析主要问题,探讨构建返乡创业引导机制。
In December 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Central Rural Working Conference that after the victory of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The core of rural revitalization is talent.Although the current status and influencing factors of college students have been used as the focus of the existing literature,few research study on how the rural rejuvenation is based on the perspective of rural rejuvenation,how to prevent the facing the situation faced by Henan Provincial College Students.This article selects the the influencing factors of Henan Provincial University students to return to the countryside under the background of rural rejuvenation as the target of the investigation.By reviewing the literature,the existing policies of rural rejuvenation are summarized.This paper adopt the methods of investigating questionnaires and field surveys to analyze the porsonal factors,educational factors,policy factors,and environmental factors of college students,and the main problems are analyzed.Finally,the guidance mechanism of returning home for enrepreneurship is discussed.
