摘要
在“双减”与“五项管理”的双重聚焦之下,基础教育阶段作业改革成为了教育教学改革的关键任务。长期以来,保守、偏离的作业观念与复杂、叠加的作业场域使得学生的作业负担日益沉重。在建设高质量教育体系背景下,本文从作业管理的角度出发,厘清高质量作业管理的内涵,从教育行政部门、学校、教师、学生四个维度构建出高质量作业管理策略模型,并提出构建市、区、校三级作业监管体系,建立教育行政部门、学校、教师、学生四维作业管理系统,形成学校、家庭双主体支持系统的实施路径,以期为基础教育作业管理提供切实可行的方案。
Under the dual focus of"double reduction"and"five management",homework reform in elementary education has become a key task of education and teaching reform.For a long time,the conservative and deviant homework concept and the complex and overlapping homework fields have made students'homework burden increasingly heavy.In the context of building a high-quality education system,this paper clarifies the connotation of high-quality homework management from the perspective of homework management,constructs a model of high-quality homework management strategies from four dimensions:education administration,schools,teachers and students,and proposes to build a three-level homework supervision system of cities,districts and school,to establish a four-dimensional homework management system of education administrative departments,schools,teachers and students,and form an implementation path with a double-subject support system of schools and families,in order to provide practical solutions for homework management in elementary education.
