摘要
本文对某地下车库框架柱柱头出现开裂且破碎现象进行事故成因分析,根据现场观察及回弹仪强度测试,列举了柱头破坏的成因和几种常用的结构加固技术,主要采用置换混凝土加固法和增大截面加固法,凿除不合格的混凝土杂物,由于是结构的损伤加固,故又在置换混凝土加固法的基础上采用增大截面加固法,以达到既有建筑加固的受力要求,并提出混凝土柱头开裂预防措施.
This paper analyzes the cause of the accident that the frame column head of an underground garage is cracked and broken.According to the field observation and the strength test of the rebound instrument,the causes of the column head failure and several commonly used structural reinforcement techniques are listed.The replacement concrete reinforcement method and the increase section reinforcement method are mainly used to chisel out unqualified concrete debris.Because it is the damage reinforcement of the structure,the increase section reinforcement method is also used on the basis of the replacement concrete reinforcement method.In order to meet the stress requirements of existing building reinforcement,the prevention measures of concrete column head cracking are proposed.
