摘要
"产学研一体化"是基于高等院校、社会企业、科研机构三者相互融合状态下形成的协同育人模式,旨在透过优势整合策略来全方位推动教育力量升级,为复合型人才的培育奠定利好条件。高校教育发展至今,诸多瓶颈亟待突破,育人工作的创新与发展面临着新的升级要求,需借助多方力量进行共同探索,高度发挥协同效应。产学研一体化背景下,高校育人工作获得了空前创新契机,应以此为切入点完成深化改革,带动高等教育质量的整体提升。现基于产学研一体化背景在高校育人工作中的理论基础,提出关于如何在现有育人框架基础上加以创新的相关路径,并设计配套保障措施,以供参考。
"Integration of Industry,Education and Research" is a collaborative education model based on the integration of higher education institutions,social enterprises and scientific research institutions.It aims to promote the upgrading of educational power through comprehensive advantage strategies.Cultivate and lay good conditions.Since the development of college education,many bottlenecks need to be broken.The innovation and development of education work is facing new requirements for upgrading.It is necessary to use multiple forces to conduct joint exploration and bring about synergy.Under the background of integration of production,education and research,the educational work of colleges and universities has gained unprecedented opportunities for innovation.It should be used as an entry point to complete the deepening reform and promote the overall improvement of the quality of higher education.Based on the driving role of the integration of industry,university and research in the education of colleges and universities,this paper proposes relevant ways to innovate on the basis of the existing education framework,and designs supporting measures for reference.
