摘要
截至今日,我国各地陆陆续续地出现许多因大学生心理健康问题引发的犯罪违规案例,大学生的心理健康问题日渐严重,开始引起社会的热烈讨论与广泛关注。而根据国际综合心理学协会的最新研究报告表明,音乐治疗在大学生的心理健康教育问题上有显著的作用。因此,研究分析音乐治疗在大学生心理问题上的相关重要程度以及如何合理地采取音乐治疗这一手段对大学生的心理问题进行恰当的干预与实施,是我们的一个重要的研究课题。
Up to today,many criminal cases caused by mental health problems of college students have appeared in various parts of China.The mental health problems of college students have become increasingly serious,and they have begun to attract heated discussion and extensive attention.According to the latest research report of the International Association of Comprehensive Psychology,music therapy plays a significant role in the mental health education of college students.Therefore,it is an important research topic for us to study and analyze the importance of music therapy on college students’ psychological problems and how to properly adopt music therapy to properly intervene and implement college students’ psychological problems.
