摘要
高校为社会培养了各种人才,推动着社会的发展和进步。随着新时代的发展,社会对人才的要求和需求都在不断的提高,这也使高校的教育越发重要。为了培养更多适应社会发展需求的人才,高校教育和教育管理要探索新的管理模式和手段,在教育管理中,充分融合"以人为本"的思想理念。文中结合高校教育管理中的现实问题,探索高校教育管理中"以人为本"理念的融合和渗透的措施。
Colleges and universities have cultivated various talents for the society and promoted the development and progress of the society.With the development of the new era,the society’s requirements and demands for talents are constantly improving,which also makes higher education more and more important.In order to train more talents to meet the needs of social development,higher education and education management should explore new management modes and means,and fully integrate the"people-oriented"ideology in education management.Combining with the practical problems in the management of higher education,this paper explores the integration and penetration measures of the"people-oriented"concept in the management of higher education.
