摘要
"一带一路"背景下,在顺应时代发展要求的前提下,小语种人才的培养重点逐渐走向国际化,如何在当前小语种人才教育的背景下,了解人才培养现状并合理规划人才储备和培养模式成为重中之重。在复合型人才培养的过程中首先需要保证语言的国际化水平,其次要保证专业知识的丰富性,还要注重教师队伍的水平和质量,以确保小语种人才培养方法的创新性和时代感,紧跟新时代潮流。
