摘要
职业价值观作为社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分,不仅引导个人的职业选择、价值取向,目标定位,反映特定历史文化环境下个人和社会的价值结构问题。文章从历史思维的角度深刻阐述了职业价值观随科学技术进步和社会变迁其内涵、研究方法的丰富与发展,具有鲜明的时代特征。新时代职业价值观应在责任与担当的核心理念下,以课程思政和中国传统文化为重要素材,在研究内容、方法、语言上不断丰富和自我创新,通过生动鲜活的案例,独特的思维方式,富有感染力的语言来解释不断出现的价值观新问题,发挥职业价值观在弘扬社会主义道德的积极作用。
As the essential part of the socialist core values,Occupational Values not only guide individual occupational choice,Value Orientation,target location,but also reflect the value structure under the special historical culture environment.In this article,the intension and research method of occupational values accordance with the development of scientific technology and social changes are discussed in depth from the angle of the historical thinking,which has the obvious time characteristics Taking ideology-oriented Courses and traditional culture as the materials,the occupational values should be enriched and made innovations continuously in content,method and language with the feelings in responsibility,which can explain the new occurring problems and play an active role in carrying forward social morality by the vivid cases,distinctive thinking mode and impressive languages.
