摘要
教学研究工作是教师间探讨教育教学工作规律,交流教学经验,改进教学方法,增强教学效果的有效途径,通过教学研究促进高等学校教师教学与培养人才能力提升,是实现本科教育高水平发展重要路径之一。本文分析了本科教育的教学研究现状,首先阐述了高校教学研究的重要意义,然后对现存问题及原因进行剖析,最后对优化本科教学研究工作建设发展的路径提出探索性建议。
Education research is an effective way for teachers to discuss the law of education and teaching,exchange teaching experience,improve teaching methods,and enhance teaching effects.Through education research,it is to promote the improvement of teachers’ability in teaching and cultivating talents in colleges and universities.It is one of the important paths to achieve high-level development of undergraduate education.This paper analyzes the current status of undergraduate education,firstly elaborates the significance of education research in college,then analyzes the existing problems and causes,and finally puts forward exploratory suggestions for optimizing the path of undergraduate education to its construction and development.
