摘要
通过对PVC手套生产过程以及排污环节的分析,得出PVC手套生产企业所排放的有机废气的特点,结合目前该行业有机废气处理设备中存在的问题,提出了一种新的有机废气处理系统。该系统首先通过前置换热器将有机废气进行降温,然后利用高压静电除油设备除去有机废气中的油分,最后利用光催化氧化设备除去有机废气中残留的有机物,实践证明该系统适用于PVC手套生产企业且能够有效稳定的运行。
Through the analysis of PVC gloves production process and sewage discharge,the characteristics of organic waste gas discharged by PVC glove manufacturers are obtained.Combined with the problems existing in the organic waste gas treatment equipment of this industry,a new organic waste gas treatment is proposed.system.The system firstly cools the organic waste gas through a front heat exchanger,and then removes the oil in the organic waste gas by using a highpressure electrostatic degreasing device,and finally removes the organic matter remaining in the organic waste gas by using a photocatalytic oxidation device,and the system proves that the system is suitable for PVC.The glove manufacturer can operate effectively and stably.
