摘要
为解决电缆熔融接头的快速冷却问题,分别采用自然冷却法、光管风冷法和翅片管风冷法对包裹电缆熔融接头的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料层进行冷却,并采用数值模拟的方法对其冷却效果及交联聚乙烯的材料性能进行验证和分析。模拟结果表明,翅片管风冷法的效果远优于其他两种冷却方式,证实了翅片管风冷法的有效性,对于解决普遍存在的电缆熔融接头的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料层的快速冷却问题具有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problem of rapid cooling of cable fusion joints,the cross-linked polyethylene insulation material whith wrap the cable fusion joints use the natural cooling method,smooth tube air cooling method and finned tube air cooling method,for cooling,and the numerical simulation are used to check and analyse the cold effection and material properties.The simulation results show that the effect of finned tube air cooling method is much better than others.The results confirm that the finned tube air cooling method is effective,and which has a certain reference value for solving the repid cooling problem of the cross-linked polyethylene insulation material.
