摘要
线粒体参与细胞大部分的能量代谢过程,在肿瘤的发生发展中,常伴随着结构功能及能量水平的剧烈变化。靶向线粒体的药物可以有效抑制肿瘤细胞活性,有望为筛选最新抗癌药物提供新方向新策略。在这里,我们通过整理国内外相关文献对靶向线粒体功能的几种代表性抗肿瘤药物及作用机制做简单综述。
Mitochondria participate in most of the energy metabolism process of cells,and the occurrence and development of tumors are often accompanied by drastic changes in functional structure and energy level.Drugs targeting mitochondria can effectively inhibit the activity of tumor cells,which is expected to provide a new direction and strategy for screening the latest anticancer drugs.Here,we briefly review several representative anti-tumor drugs targeting mitochondrial function and their mechanisms of action by reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature.
