摘要 前言腹腔动脉是一短而粗的动脉干,约于第一腰椎高度发自腹主动脉前壁,继则分为三支:即胃左动脉、肝动脉及脾动脉分别供给腹腔上部脏器(胃、肝、脾、胰、十二指肠等),此点为一般教科书中所载。但以上三分支的起点变化较多,除解剖教科书中有一般性的叙述外. This thesis is a report on the patterns of branches of the coeliac artery observed in 100 Chinesesubjects.They were divided into eleven types according to their bifurcation.TypeⅠ.The coeliac artery divided into left gastric,hepatic and splenic arteries(73±4.44%).TypeⅡ.The coeliac artery divided into left gastric and hepatic arteries,but the splenicartery directly arised from the aorta(1±0.99%).TyPeⅢ.The coeliac artery divided into left gastric and splenic arteries,but the hepatic arteryarised from superior mesenteric artery(3±1.71%).TypeⅣ.The coeliac artery divided into hepatic and splenic arteries,but the left gastric arteryarised directly from the aorta(2±1.40%).TypeⅤ.The coeliac artery arised from superior mesenteric artery(4±1.96%).TypeⅥ.Left gastric and splenic arteries arised from superior mesenteric artery as a commontrunk,but the hepatic artery arised from the superior mesenteric artery separately(1±0.99%).TypeⅦ.The hepatic and splenic arteries arised from superior mesenteric artery as a common trunk,but left gastric artery arised directly from the aorta(1±0.99%).TypeⅧ.The interior phenic arteries arised from the coeliac artery 10±3.00%(left andright inferior phenic arteries were a common trunk which arised from coeliac artery 3±1.71%;leftand right inferior phenic arteries arised from coeliac artery separately 2±1.40%;tha left inferiorphenic artery arised from the coeliac artery 1±0.99%;the right inferior phenic artery arised fromthe coeliac artery 3±1.71%;left and right interior phenic arteries arised from the superior marginof the left gastric artery as a common trunk 1±0.99%).TypeⅨ.The left colic artery arised from the coeliac artery(2±1.40%).TypeⅩ.The posterior pancreases artery arised directly from the coeliac artery(2±1.40%).TyPeⅪ.The inferior pancrealicoduodenal artery arised directly from the coeliac artery(2±1.40%).Additional observation was also made on the location of the starting point of the typical coeliacartery in 73 subjects and on its length in 57 sub
