摘要
本文报告了50例人大脑(100个大脑半球)表面某些沟回的测量值及观察结果。数据经电子计算机分析,相关有显著性的项目为:脑长与颞枕距;脑长与右中央沟;脑长与右缘上回;左半球的颞枕距与中央沟,颞枕距与外侧裂(后支)、角回与缘上回面积;两半球角回面积、两半球缘上回面积。中央前回最宽处相当于Penfield机能分区图的手及口区(发声部位);中央后回最宽处相当于该图的手指与舌感觉区。颞横回以3~4条类型多见(84±4%)。对3例脑组织切片镜检,见颞横回的前、中、后三条形态类似,属颗粒型皮质,各层只见小锥体细胞。
Some aspects of surface morphology of 50 adult brains(100 hemispheres)were measured.The coefficients of correlation were computed by regressive analysis with a SYS-8 microcomputer.The results are summarized as following:The length of brain is significantly correlated to the temporooccipital distance(P<0.001),and to the length of the central sulcus of right hemisphere(0.05>P 0.01).There is also a significant correlation between the areas of angular gyri on both sides(P<0.001).The area of left angular gyrus is correlated to that of left supramarginal gyrus(P<0.001),and the area of right angular gyrus is correlated tothat of right supramarginal gyrus(0.05>P>0.01).The equation of regression is:Y=12.13—0.011X_(1)—0.07X_(2)+0.09X_(3)+0.21X_(4).(Y——length of the brain,X_(1)and X_(2)——the areas of left and right angular gyri,X_(3)and X_(4)——the areas of left and right supramarginal gyri)There are three to four temporal transverse gyri found in 80±4%of all the.specimens,The thickness of cortex here is 2.2-3.3 mm.In sections it shows the characteristicts of the granular cortex.
