摘要
在新鲜尸体上灌注墨汁,制作组织切片及透明标本,观察了皮瓣的血管构筑。皮瓣的血供丰富,或来源于深部的动脉干,或来自动脉干的其他分支。直接皮动脉及混合动脉皮支在肌间隔或筋膜下疏松组织内走行相当距离后才穿过深筋膜进入皮瓣内;而肌皮动脉皮支则自肌肉穿出后便立即垂直穿深筋膜进入皮瓣中,故其行程甚短。皮瓣动脉吻合丰富,各层中都有明显的吻合网。吻合网共有七个:①筋膜下动脉网,②筋膜动脉网,③皮下动脉网,④脂肪小叶血管网,⑤真皮下动脉网,⑥乳头下动脉网,⑦乳头血管网。表皮内没有血管,其营养有赖于乳头血管网提供。
Chinese ink was injected into the artery in fresh cadavers to make histotomy and transparent specimen.The angioarchitecture of the skin flaps was observed.The blood supply to the skin flap was plenty,which derived from the deeper arterial trunk o(?)from its branches.within the intermuscular septum or subfascial loose tissue,the direct cutaneus artery and cutaneous branches of mixed artery run a long course,penetrating the deep fascia to enter the skin flaps.After penetrating the mnscle,the cutaneous branches of musculocutaneous artery pass through the deep fascia vertically and enter the skin flaps,thus running a relatively short course.There are abundant arteriolar anastomoses in the flap.In various layers of the flap,a distinct network of arterial anastomoses may be seen.The network of arteriolar anastomoses may be devided into seven groups:(1)subfascial network of arteriole(2)fascial network of arteriole(3)subcutaneous network of arteriole(4)vascular network in adipose lobule(5)subdermal network of arteriole(6)subpapillary network of arteriole(7)papillary vascular network There are no vessels in the epidermis which depends upon the papillae vascular network for supply of nutrients.
