摘要
本文在42只成人手标本中对示指背侧皮瓣的动静脉和神经进行了详细的观察。皮瓣的动脉供应来自第一掌背动脉。起始部外径为0.80±0.18mm。据其分支状态可分为动脉干型(30/42例)与网状型(10/40例)。示指桡侧指背动脉在1/3标本中为第一掌背动脉的直接延续;在2/3标本中由示指桡侧动脉的背侧支互相吻合而成,向近侧在掌指关节水平附近与第一掌背动脉的终未支相接。本文讨论了指背皮瓣血液供应的特点,神经血管束的定位和分离指背皮瓣的要点。
Vessels and nerves within the island flap from the dorsum of the index are studied in 42 hands of adult cadavers.The flap is supplied by the first dorsal metacarpal artery(FDM)and the dorsal digital artery on the radial border of the index(DDA).FDM is present in 40 cases and absent in 2 cases.The outer diameter of its origin is 0.80±0.028 mm.In about one-third of 40 cases.DDA consists of the terminal branch which comes from FDM.In two-thirds of those cases,dorsal branches of the radialis indicis artery anastomose into DDA,which runs proximally and connects with terminal branches of FDM on the metacarpophalangeal joint level about.In the connective area,the outer diameter of the vessels is finer than that of the others.The vessels are as the key to sup-ply distal part of the flap,after the island flap had been raised.The characteristic of the blood supply of the island flap and the location of the neurovascular funiculi are discus-sed in this article.
