摘要
实验用神经元逆行荧光标记和儿茶酚胺荧光组化联合法研究大白鼠交叉性黑质一纹状体通路。一侧尾壳核注射标记物后,对侧黑质和其邻近部位均能见到少最逆行标记细胞。这种细胞在一侧脑内约有80个。上述对侧性标记细胞主要见于黑质后部脚间核平面,分散在黑质致密部内侧份、被盖腹侧区外侧份和附近部位。双侧尾壳核注射不同标记物后,没有看到双标记细胞,提示交叉性和同侧性黑质一纹状体投射通路分别由不同细胞的轴突所组成,灌注能诱发儿茶酚胺神经元产生荧光的Eaglu后,表明这些对侧性标记细胞绝大部分为多巴胺能神经元。
Most anatomical studies agree that the nigrostriatal projection is strictly unilateral.The present paper provides the evidence for a small crossed nigrostriatal dopaminergic pathway in rats as revealed by the combination of fluorescent retrograde neuronal trac-ing and catecholamine histofluorescent technique.Three fluorescent retrograde neuronal tracers.i.e.Evans Blue.DAPI and Nuclear Yellow were used.They were injected in various parts of the caudate-putamen in 19 rats.In all rats several retrograde labeled ce-lls were found in contralateral substantia nigra and its adjacent region.In the rats with Faglu mixture perfusion which induces catecholamine fluorescence the vast majority of contralateral labelled cells were dopaminergic neurons.
