摘要
本文在30侧专供科研用的标本上,观察和测量了前臂外侧皮神经的营养动脉的来源、口径、长度、进入神经干的部位以及进入神经干的形式。同时也测量了来源动脉的口径。观察和测量结果表明:前臂外侧皮神经做为带血管蒂的神经移植供体是可行的。本文还就获取带血管蒂的前臂外侧皮神经移植体的有关问题进行了讨论。
The arteries in the 30 sides(male:21;female:9)of the lateral antebrachial cuta-neous nerves were studied.We found 85 arteries supply its main trunk and its branches.The average of the exteral diamteres of the arteries is about 0.45mm.and the average length is about 5.0mm..The positions of the main trunk,the anterior terminal and the posterior terminal division are averagely 23.17±3.55mm.,74.28±6.88mm.and 74.05±5.50mm bellow the horizontal line between the medial and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus and 11.46±4.35mm.,13.19±4.41mm.and 14.15±6.01mm.outside the perpendicular line through the midpoint of the horizontal line.On basis of the arteries,we suggest that the main trunk is more proper for nerve grafts with the arteries than its branches.
