超致死量^(60)Co丙种射线对大鼠下丘脑神经分泌大细胞的影响

摘要 成年雄性大白鼠受^(60)Co丙种射线全身一次照射2000拉德后,下丘脑室旁核大细胞内神经分泌物逐日增多。电镜观察照射后3天室旁核大细胞,看到核糖体增多,高尔基复合体合成面外侧池膨大,各种小泡明显增加。作者认为上述变化可能与应激反应有关。 The adult male rats were exposed to whole body^(60)Co gamma irradiation with a single dose of 2000 rads and killed at intervals of 1、2、3 days after irradiation.The neurosecre-tory materials in magnocellular neurons of paraventricular nuclei increased from the first day and reached a peak during thired day.Electron microscopy gave concordant evidence that after third day in the magnocellular neurons of PVN the cisternae of Golgi complex at the forming face were highly distended and more vesicles appeared.The authors considered that these changes described above may be related to stress.
