摘要
我国在金融科技领域处于世界领先水平,但未来仍需进一步提高金融科技国际竞争力。而大力推进金融科技基础设施的建设与完善,对于充分激发金融科技的创新活力,发挥其对金融和经济发展的积极推动作用具有重要意义。本文从信息基础设施、融合基础设施、创新基础设施和制度基础设施四个维度构建了金融科技基础设施分析框架和指标体系,对世界27个主要经济体的金融科技基础设施发展程度和特点进行了评估。结果显示,美国、新加坡和中国在金融科技基础设施方面居于世界前三。中国在融合基础设施方面表现良好,特别在中央银行数字货币领域进展迅速;但在信息基础设施、制度基础设施方面则有待进一步提高。最后,本文从金融科技基础设施建设角度提出了加速金融科技发展的政策建议。
China is a world leader in fintech and needs to further enhance its international competitiveness in the future.Vigorously promoting the construction and improvement of fintech infrastructure is of great significance to fully stimulate the innovation vitality of fintech and play a positive role in promoting financial and economic development.This study constructs an analytical framework and index system for fintech infrastructure from the four dimensions of information infrastructure,convergence infrastructure,innovation infrastructure and institutional infrastructure,and evaluates the development degree and characteristics of fintech infrastructure in 27 major economies.The results show that countries such as the US,Singapore and China are in the top three in terms of fintech infrastructure.China has performed well in convergence infrastructure,especially in the area of central bank digital currency(CBDC),which has made rapid progress.However,information infrastructure and institutional infrastructure need to be further improved.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for accelerating the development of fintech from the perspective of infrastructure construction.
