摘要
社会不断发展,职业分工更加细化,对职业技能的要求越来越高。工程测量作为诸多领域的必备技能,越来越受到人们的重视,因此,在职业技能比赛中诞生了工程测量赛项。随着赛项的多次举办,各参赛队的水平也不断上升,迫切需要对赛项作进一步研究分析。根据本人指导和执裁比赛的经验,从比赛内容、评判过程等方面对赛项进行分析,帮助各参赛队更好地了解赛项规程,能针对性进行赛前训练,在比赛中能取得更好成绩。另外,针对比赛中出现的主要问题,提出了一些创新性的想法,便于大赛更加公平、公正,提高评判效率。
With the development of society,the division of occupation is more and more detailed,and the demand for professional skills is higher and higher.Engineering survey,as a necessary skill of many professions,has been paid more and more attention by people,therefore,the engineering survey competition item is born in the professional skill competition.With the events held for many times,the level of the participating teams has been rising,and there is an urgent need for further research and analysis of the events.Therefore,based on my experience in guiding and directing the games,the content of the competition,the process of judging arc analyzed in this paper.The result can help the participating teams understand the rules of the competition items,carry out pre-competition training and obtain better result.In addition,in view of the main problems in the competition,put forward some innovative ideas,so that the competition is more fair,fair and improve the efficiency of the assessment.
