摘要
某试验车行驶244公里后出现发动机连杆断裂故障。为探究连杆断裂原因,对失效连杆进行宏观断口分析、金相组织分析、硬度检测及化学成分分析,最后确定了连杆失效原因。连杆失效形式为过载弯曲变形随后一次性断裂。连杆弯曲断裂的根本原因是发动机涡轮增压器放气阀排气不畅,造成气缸内压力增加,最终连杆失稳弯曲断裂。
An engine connecting rod breakage occurred after 244 km of a test vehicle. In order to explore the cause of the fracture for the connecting rod, macroscopic fracture analysis, metallographic analysis, hardness testing and chemical composition analysis of the failed connecting rod were carried out. The cause of the failure for the connecting rod is determined, and the failure mode of the connecting rod is an overload bending deformation and then a one-time breaking. The root cause of the bending fracture of the connecting rod is that the exhaust of the engine turbocharger exhaust valve is not smooth, causing the pressure in the cylinder to increase, and finally the connecting rod is unstable, bending and breaking.
