波纹管膨胀节套管腐蚀原因分析

摘要 通过宏观、微观观察和能谱分析对波纹管膨胀节套管腐蚀原因进行分析。结果表明,由于水液通过保冷层外壳进入保温层内部,形成金属、水液、氧气等的共存状态,导致电化学腐蚀在保温层内部发生;同时,冷热交替的温度环境,以及来源于外部大气和保温材料中的氯元素,导致保温层下的酸性环境,促进了保温层下腐蚀情况的恶化,造成了该装置碳钢管道的外壁腐蚀。提出了防止此类腐蚀继续发生和发展的相关措施。 The corrosion analysis of bellows expansion joint casing was investigated by macroscopic/microscopic observation and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the electrochemical corrosion occurred in the insulation layer. It was because the liquid water entered the insulation layer through the shell of the insulation layer and formed the coexistence of metal, liquid water and oxygen. At the same time, the alternating cold and hot temperature environment, as well as chlorine which came from the external atmosphere and the element of the insulation material, lead to an acidic environment under the insulation layer. These promoted the deterioration of the corrosion under the insulation layer and caused the device carbon steel pipe corrosion. Some measures are put forward to prevent the corrosion from happening and developing.
