摘要
16Mn钢是现在国内大量使用的工程结构钢,广泛地用于压力容器、桥梁、汽车主梁、钢结构等领域。声发射(AE)检/监测技术是现代发展起来的一种高效的无损检/监测方法。这种无损检/监测方法具有灵敏度高,监测范围大,能长期连续监测,对监测结构的影响小等优点。本研究利用声发射技术对16Mn钢在拉伸载荷下的损伤过程进行了监测。结果发现,利用声发射监测的信号,能够实现16Mn钢试样的损伤分析和安全评估。
16Mn steel is widely used in structural works, pressure vessels, bridges, main beam of automotive and other fields. Acoustic emission(AE) Inspection or monitoring is one of morden developed and highly effective non-destructive Inspection methods. The AE inspection has many advantages: high sensitivity, long-term and continuous monitoring and do not need to clean a large surface of the structures inspected.In this paper, the damage monitoring and assessment of 16Mn steel under tensile loadingd by using acoustic emission was studyed. It was found that the use of acoustic emission signals can be achieved in singnal identification and damage assessment of the 16Mn steel samples.
