某装甲车负极搭铁性能改进试验研究

摘要 针对装甲车负极搭铁性能直接影响整车功能与安全问题,通过对某装甲车电气故障深入分析,发现部分电气问题是因为负极搭铁不良导致的;进一步分析发现该装甲车为满足严苛的防腐要求,加厚的涂装层影响负极搭铁点的电性能。通过接地样板对多种接地方式进行对比测试,确定一种新的接地工艺。该方法既能保证接地点的防腐性能,又能满足负极搭铁的电性能要求。通过实车应用和实验验证该方法有效。 In view of the negative ground performance of armored vehicle directly affects the function and safety of the whole vehicle,this paper firstly analyzed the electrical fault of an armored vehicle and found that part of the electrical problem is caused by the poor negative ground.Then,it showed that the thicker coating layer affects the electrical performance of the negative grounding point in order to meet the strict anti-corrosion requirements through further analysis.Finally,it determined a new grounding technology by comparing and testing various grounding methods with grounding sample.This method can not only ensure the anti-corrosion performance requirements of the grounding point,but also meet the electrical performance requirements of the negative grounding.The effectiveness of this method is verified by the actual application and experiment.
