摘要 针对部队新型电控车辆检修技术与保养管理手段缺乏的问题,设计基于S3C2440嵌入式开发平台的车辆故障检测与保养管理系统。通过车载终端设备与车辆的电子控制单元连接,采集车辆故障信息及车辆里程,并进行故障诊断和等级保养提示,将信息由无线通信网络传送给管理终端,及时提醒车辆维护人员进行快速处理,从而实现车辆装备维修保障的高效性。 In view of the lack of maintenance technology and management means of new electronic control vehicles in the army,a vehicle fault detection and maintenance management system based on S3 C2440 embedded development platform is designed.In this system,the vehicle terminal equipment is connected with vehicle electronic control unit,the vehicle fault information and vehicle mileage are collected,fault diagnosis and level maintenance prompt are carried out,the information is transmitted to the management terminal by the wireless communication network,and the vehicle maintenance personnel are reminded in time for rapid processing,so as to realize the efficiency of vehicle equipment maintenance support.
