摘要
为促进军地物流资源军民融合,在辨析军地物流资源军民融合概念内涵的基础上,分析当前军地物流资源军民融合存在的主要问题,并从强化政府部门的主导作用、健全物流民企"参军"准入制度、建立军地物流利益相容体系、健全军地物流资源信息沟通机制、鼓励先进民用技术在军事物流领域的应用等5个方面提出对策与建议,可为军地物流资源军民融合发展提供借鉴。
In order to promote the civil-military integration of military and civilian logistics resources,this paper firstly analyzes the connotation of the concept of civil-military integration of military and civilian logistics resources.Then,it analyzes the main problems existing in the civil-military integration of military and civilian logistics resources.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from following five aspects:strengthening the leading role of government departments,improving the access system of logistics private enterprises to"join the army",establishing the interest compatible system of military and civilian logistics,improving the information communication mechanism of military and civilian logistics resources,and encouraging the application of advanced civil technology in the field of military logistics,which can provide reference for the development of civil-military integration of military and civilian logistics resources.
